hello,

im crashing alot these days, some said it was my GPU but i have tried other GPU's and i still crash.
but i think its my RAM or maybe PSU.

i think my RAM is not compatible with my MOBO.
i have a z87-K from Asus, and i know that my RAM is from Kingston but i dont know how many Mhz it has cause i took it from a prebuild.

here are some pictures from CPU-Z from the Memory tab.

Mainboard:

Memory:
http://gyazo.com/aba2a51cfb1e77994cd739ceab8e7d3d

the NB Frequency isnt idle at 799.5 Mhz sometimes it goes randomly to 3000+ Mhz and then back to 800Mhz or so. its never idle.

here are my full PC specs:

GeForce GTX 770
z87-K ASUS
i7 4770
8Gb RAM from Kingston but thats all i know
CX750M Corsair

iff u need more info feel free to ask.

Regards,
Jens

from your first screen shot your running an old bios file on the mb.
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z87K/HelpDesk_Download...
download the last bios file 1401 to a usb stick and update the bios from inside the mb bios using the bios updater.
reboot and go back into the bios. on asus mb make sure the bios is running is standard mode. in performance mode it change the ram to cpu timing. under ai tunner turn on xmp profile under dram speed and set it to profile one. then reboot and see if any of the ram speed changed in cpu-z memory tab.

on newer mb you have to turn off sercure boot and make sure legacy boot is on under boot.

Hello,

i do want to say that the NB Frequency in Memory tab from CPU-Z is stable untill i open something or even iff i move my cursor. sometimes it goes up to + 3000Mhz.

so yeah, iff u need more info feel free to ask.
