I was planning on getting the gskill trident 16gb 2400 cas 10 kit but now it has come to my attention that haswell limits ram voltage to 1.575 and the gskill runs at 1.65, is this going to be a problem?

Solution
It'd allow you to run them at stated 2400/10 speeds and timings. You'll need to set the ram profile from bios to xmp and select the correct speed and timings from the options, that's all :)
The G.Skill kit doesn't necessarily run at 1.65V. That's just what it's rated to run 2400 MT/s at. At 1.5V it might only run 2133 or something like that, but that's still fine.

And Haswell can run with memory voltages above the official max of 1.5V (+/- 5%), it's just not officially rated for it.

how might I go about enabling xmp, will it enable me to run the ram at the suggested speeds? or would it be better to get the 2133 kit
