Hey everybody. I just finished building my first gaming PC and everything works fine until I try to play a game (lol). Two examples of games I've tried to play are Left 4 Dead 2 and CS: GO. A couple minutes into the game the graphics start to flash all sorts of colors and then the game freezes and the sound starts skipping. My GPU drivers are up to date and my temperatures are fine. I don't know what's up! Any help would be appreciated.

These are my specs:
Mobo: Asus M5A78L-M USB3
CPU: AMD FX8350 4.0GHz
PSU: Corsair CS 750M 80+ Gold
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 760
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2 x 4G
HDD: Seagate 500GB Hybrid

Solution
Usually, this happens if you've overclocked your GPU too high, either the Core Clock or the Memory Clock.

Other than that, your GPU is defective and you should RMA it ASAP.

Those flashing all sorts of colors are called artifacts.
