Should I get a new MOBO?

I keep on getting random computer crashes usually when I play sound and when I open a new tab! I have ran memtest and it found errors so I bought a new stick of Ram and the computer still freezes! Have yet to run a new test on new ram because I think it's the MOBO not ram. My CPU was over heating at one point. (105 Celsius). Got new cooler and now temps are in 27-40 range. I have re-instaled OS (Win7) and the computer still freezes! I am out of answers can someone please help me! ALSO I DID RE-INSTALL OS AND THE HARDRIVE IS TILL FULL HOW DO I FIX THIS! I WANT THE HDD TOTALLY WIPED!

Could be the power supply

CPU overheating
Full HDD

Doubtful it is the motherboard.

What is it actually doing? What error messages do you get?

if your HDD is full or corrupted you can get lag issues so format the HDD and try to keep the c drive with some headroom.

Run memtest86 from a usb stick for several hours. That rules out the cpu and hdd if u get errors and rules out the ram if you don't. Its the hdd or the psu tho I am sure

More or less the computer freezes can't move mouse no keyboard or anything. If sound is playing it just loops what was playing when it crashed/froze in a terrible sound.

I have done memtest on old ram and YES it did come up with errors. So I bought new ram and computer still freezing up. Should I run memtest again?

Make sure you have the latest BIOS....Reinstall the OS and be sure to do a full format of the HD as part of the install

It will be an option in the setup of Win when it asks where you want to install

It's possible, could try a different one if available, but would try the reinstall first if you don't have another PSU available or if you can't borrow one

THANKS A MILLION GUYS!

Will do a new memtest tonight with new ram
Will reinstall OS with a totally clean install
Then if all that fails i'll try a new PSU
