I have a problem with my internet

For some reason after i formated my computer everything was working great then suddenly the day after i couldn't connect to steam network nor battle.net
i thought it was on their hand but i cannot connect to mumble neither can you guys help me? i dont know if its a problem with my drivers or anything
EDIT: Here are my specs
Motherboard: M5A 78L-M LX3
Processor: AMD FX(tm) 6300 six-core
Graphic card: ATI radeon HD 7770
Qualcomm Atheros AR8171/8175 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20)
Please if you need anything else tell me

I really don't know what it could be right now cus if i get the right moment i can connect to steam or battle net and play and i can talk on mumble as well. But i have to connect at the right moment its like the connection for those 3 is not constant... im saying those 3 but really its all my games. I tried updating my drivers but i read somewhere that the actual driver that i need they only make it for windows 8 and i dont know if thats true.
