GPU Gigabyte ATI Radeon R9 270X, 2GB GDDR5, 256 bit
HDD WD 1TB BLUE, Serial ATA3, 64MB
SSD Intel 520 series, 120GB
PSU Sirtec 600W | Element Bronze Series | ATX 2.
CPU INTEL Intel Core i5 Haswell 4C i5-4460 3.2GHz
RAM Corsair 8 GB DDR3, 1600 MHz, radiator Vengeance LP
Motherboard Gigabyte P85-D3, socket 1150

The error is the classic "AMD display driver has stopped working and has recovered.".
Eventviewer says "Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered.".
I did try to modify the TdrDelay in Registry Editor.
I do have the latest drivers.
I did try an older version of the drivers.
I do have a clean installed OS.
I did try the atikmdag.sys thingy in system32/Drivers.

Everywhere, only that in gaming and videos it's more frequent. It even gave my mother an error while playing Solitaire, Solitaire was the only opened app.

Hmm how long has it done this since you purchased the card? Or has it done this ever since you got it?

Since I got it, I bought the system as a whole during the first days of August.
I took it to warranty, they said the card is fine, on their config it's fine.
I took the whole system to warranty, the GPU did the same stuff, they reinstalled the drivers, it worked fine, I took it home and the problems started again.

Hmm I think it might be your PSU. I've never heard of Sirtec as a PSU manufacturer and they're not on the PSU tier list anywhere. Unstable power spikes on the 12V rail can cause some really wonky issues.

Also the fact that it did not act up in their configuration is a piece of supporting evidence.
