how to change 3 drives to 4 without formatting?

I wish to change 3 drives to 4 on my laptop without formatting and/or backup my data.

Is it possible?

Once I do it, I wish to erase windows and install ubuntu on my laptop.

I request stepwise solution and any possible error warning which may occur in doing so.

3 drives? 4 drives? In a laptop?

Presumably you are speaking of partitions, not physical drives.

And 'erase windows and install ubuntu'...you do that in the ubuntu install. Delete all current partitions, and allow the ubuntu to use the whole drive.
