im trying to change the stock fan coolers on 2 cpus , both have asus motherboards, one is an m4a87td evo and the other one is an m5 with almost the same layout except probably a few small heatsinks . the cpus are one phenom ii x4 945 be and the other one a phenom ii x4 955.

right now both pcs idles at 50c and 55C which is not good . so i was planning on changing the coolers of both of them . im planning on getting this case http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FL2JOY0?psc=1 for one of the two, while the other one has a thermaltake v7 case which i believe is a versa one. i was planning on getting 2 hyper 212 EVO as they are the only ones i have found to be able to be installed on a vertical orientation with the fan pointing out to the back of the case. however it seems it wont fit on the thermaltake case .

so my question is , is there any cpu fan cooler that can fit in this cases and on the am3 socket with a vertical orientation? i don't want the fan to spit out hot air either up down as there is the psu and gpu. plus it might take a ram slot on both mobos. so far i have considered a few artic ones but they seem to only fit horizontally on the amd am3 socket.

my price range is 30$ for each cpu cooler, 35$ at most . and i can only buy from amazon (i live on a third world country and i rely on a delivery service that only accepts amazon packages to be taken into the country)

sorry for my bad english btw.

edit: ok i found out the thermal take case is a v4 black edition with enough clearance for a evo 212 , and i will buy that case too for the other mobo. so nvm the questions. i live on venezuela, ambient temps are about 30C , 25 ish at night . thanks for the answers :D if you know of any other cooler that points its fan to the back of the case please tell me

You describe your own country as third world? Very unusual.

I would go for the cooler master tx3 or 212 evo
They are tall but are quiet and will clear the ram with no problems and send heat to the back of the case not the gpu or psu

Actually, on AMD sockets, the EVO SHOULD be pointing to the back of the case. If the fan interferes with the RAM you can move the fan slightly higher on the heatsink for clearance. Are you talking about a Thermaltake versa or volcano case. I don't see any cases by thermaltake that are simply called V7

What country do you live in and what is your ambient (Outside or room) temperature there. If live in the jungle, (Well, it's possible.) or desert where the ambient temp is 30-35 or more celcius you might not get much below 40-50. Keep in mind you can't go below ambient ever. Temps are likely to be 10-15 above ambient for the 212 at idle.
