Need a small-ish CPU cooler

I have an Acer Aspire X3200 and the fan is insanely loud. I'm trying to look for either a fan or an entire CPU cooler that will be quieter but still move enough air to not melt the CPU cooler. And thanks to the slim form factor, it's been a challenge.

The current one I have moves 74 CFM, and I've never had an overheating problem so I could probably go lower. The entire apparatus (fan + cooler) has to be at or less than 80mm, and if we're just replacing the fan, it has to be at or less than 35mm. The width of the heatsink has to be less than 95mm in length (ait can be a little longer in width). The socket for my CPU is AM2(+).

If the noise is a new development, here's what I'll suggest, rather than replacing the current heatsink, clean the heatsink. You may be able to remove enough dust that the fan runs slower (quieter). If the cooling fan has always been loud, that's another story, try cleaning first, I can find you a decent low-profile heatsink if necessary but I'm thinking it won't be

Already cleaned it. It's not a new problem, but I've finally decided to get a new one.

Pick a solution when you are ready.

Sadly, none of those fit both the size and airflow requirements.

I was thinking this AVC Z7U7414001 which seems to fit your dimension requirements

That would actually fit, but it only puts out 42 CFM. I'm worried that it may not be enough to cool my system since the fan I have now moves 74 CFM.

I was noticing that there seems to be only that one fan for the entire system, or is there another fan somewhere I can't see.

If you're saying that my computer only has one fan, then you would be correct.
