So I had an issue where my PC would turn on for 3 seconds then turn off. The only way for me to get it back on was by switching the power supply on and off. I think I've fixed that. I took out the CD drive and now PC will power on and not turn off. But I can't seem to get any picture through my monitor. I've tried on board gfx and gfx card. Also, PC will not turn off by power button anymore? I have to turn it off by power supply switch. I've tried everything, resetting CMOS, taking out RAM, thermal paste..
PC was turning on then off every 3 seconds. Fixed that. Now PC turns on but can't get picture through monitor.
