Do this. It will game better than the build above. The 980 is significantly better than the 970 and will last much longer before needing an upgrade.

PSU might be a bit overkill since I'm still a little confused on how much watts the gpu needs, but it allows you to sli in the future for sure.
 


OP said he is not interested in overclocking.
You have a poor quality PSU for this build. I STRONGLY recommend something better.
The 970 is ok, but a 980 can be had on this budget.

Again, have a look at my build as it is the best option here. It includes a gtx980. Also, you cannot SLI on that motherboard so the huge PSU is pointless.
