Im currently saving money to build my pc because im sick of these pre builts. But I need suggestions on what parts I should get to maximize my games. My spending limit it 800 but I could wait another month to spend a little of 900. Im looking to play skyrim with graphic mods world of warcraft on the highest settings my girlfriend plays the sims 4. And my current pc gets overheated when I play mass effect 2 so I need to finish the trilogy. Help wpuld be appreciated. Btw I would rather have liquid cooling rather then air

I think addressing the current heat issue may be prudent here - when was the last time your current PC was physically cleaned? I'll suggest doing that as a first step, it may just get you through Mass Effect.
A build for you may look something like this

This does not include an Operating System. It can be modified as you want. Unless overclocking (this build can't do that), there is no advantage at all to water cooling

Very good build, this offers the ability to upgrade with a K processor. Meaning it can be overclocked, which I would recommend buying the Hyper 212 EVO for about 30 bucks if you want to overclock. This also does not include the operating system.
