URGENT!! Language problem of ASUS B85 Vanguard

I use Windows 8.1 64bit on i5 4570 in B85 Vanguard main board. The primary language of the system is English. The only problem is that ASUS softwares and drivers are in Russian. And, I really can't find any solutions as I don't understand Russian. I even re-downloaded English drivers from ASUS support page and re-installed everything. Still, everything is in Russian. As you can see in the screenshot above, this message keeps showing up, but I don't understand anything. Desperately need help! Its been less than a week I bought this system. I went to the Customer Service, they also don't understand Russian.

Moreover, I kindly need someone to interpret the ASUS message into English.

Did that. Still had same problem. So, I again downloaded latest BIOS from ASUS Support page and again updated; still the same.

Global Brand Pvt. Ltd. -> Importer of ASUS Products (I am from Bangladesh though).
