i7-5930K Is it the best from i7 5th gen?

Solution
I7 5820k. However, that will mean you have to spend $250 on a x99 motherboard and $120 per 8gb ram, compared to $120 and $80 for a z97 board with 8gb ram. Plus, the I7 4790k is cheaper as well.

The nomenclature with the extreme series is a bit confusing. I7 5820k, 5930k and 5960x are haswell architecture, just as I7 4790, 4790k, etc.

Are they that cheap cause they're new gen or they price will dip in the time?

Expensive, you mean. Motherboard and ram price will probably go down a little bit in the next years, but you would have to wait a really long time. I think ddr4 is expected to be standard in 4-8 years.

X99 and Haswell-E (5820k, 5930k, 5960x) are the "EXtreme" series. If you want the best, you will pay a hefty premium. For benefit only in applications that use 12 threads.

The I7 4790k is what you are looking for, if you want a high end processor, but still take money into consideration. Price/Performance wise, extreme series cpu's are always in the worst spot, while the I7 4790k is in the best for I7's.

Well i think it would be more worth to save for the new gen plus idk if the new 900 series can fit my mobo like the 700 does.

The pci connection on z97 and x99 is the same. If you only want to game, go with the i7 4790k anyway. Due to it's higher stock clock and ability to reach higher speeds, it is superior to any x99 cpu in gaming. Architecture is the same and games do not use more than 8 threads as far as I know. Sure, that might change. People were thinking it would change 6 years ago. But well, nothing changed, and nothing will change until 6-8 core cpu's become mainsteam.
