The CX PSU's do not have C6 and C7 state support but you should be able to turn the C6 and C7 states off in the BIOS so that the PSU will work, if you already own it.

That's a fine unit. No problem there. This one is about 30w more, is also Haswell compliant and a little cheaper. It's an XFX unit made by Seasonic which means the quality is top notch. The Antec is a good unit too though.
