I hope you can tell what's going on. I'm not sure myself but I believe it is switching between 2 frames. This happens on a lot of my games constantly, freezes and switches between 2 frames. When this happens I can still hear sound. If I ctrl+alt+delete and go to task manager and alt tab back in it works for a few mins temporarily.

These are my specs. I have driver version 344.11 but this happens on 340.52 and several other drivers I have tried.
My temps are regular.
