First of all, I am upgrading my Power Supply to a 500W one.
Will this Asus Card fit my Dell Optiplex 755 Mini Tower?
The card I am looking at is Asus GTX750-PHOC-1GD5: http://www.asus.com/us/Graphics_Cards/GTX750PHOC1GD5/
Card dimensions: 7.28 " x 4.53 " x 1.41 " Inch, 18.49 x 11.50 x 3.58 Centimeter
Here is the technical guide book for my Dell Optiplex 755: http://www.dell.com/downloads/global/products/optix/en/opti_755_techspecs.pdf
According to the guide book, the maximum length it will support for PCIe card is 6.6 inches.
HOWEVER, many people on tom'shardware says it is 7.5 inches like this post here (Read Kisianic's post):

I measured it myself in the inside, it was around 6.6" inches long (UNLESS I measured it wrong hopefully).
I read a review of the card on Newegg, and it said this:
He was able to fit that card inside a Dell Optiplex 960. I looked up in its guidebook and the maximum length the 960 will support is 7.4 Inches.
But here is the inside of the Optiplex 960:
And here is the inside of the Optiplex 755 (my computer):
Look at the PCIe slot on both. Both of the computers PCIe slot are relatively the same distance from the CPU heatsink. Could it be that Dell made a mistake in Optiplex 755 guidebook?
Anyway...
The main question is, will the Asus GTX750-PHOC-1GD5 fit the Dell Optiplex 755?
