then you have a issue with the gpu does it need power cable from the psu or the onboard if it is the onboard you need to have the motherboard check the post the details of all your system parts .

could you use the hdmi or the display port on the motherboard for video to monitor and remove the gpu from system for test if you could also check the monitor input settings as previous ask .

I tried to boot the computer without my gpu and still no luck as for the monitor settings they are all on default

check if all the power cable are on the motherboard and gpu also see if the memory is well seated in and try to use only 1 memory module to boot system if that does not work you have a faulty motherboard or cpu so you may need to rma .

that could be you need to recheck all wire connetion on the motherboard and the gpu from the psu .

I just received my new cpu fan and installed it, but after replugging everything back in my computer still won't boot. I tried resetting the CMOS, but still nothing. I need some serious help here as I am becoming very disheartened. I spent $2200 on this pc and I don't wnat it to go to waste.

you have to find a way to check if this board have the f 9 bios she need it to work with your cpu . you could also have a defective board .

I believe that the bios needs to be flashed. I'm not sure what the version is now but I am going to get a cheap processor to boot up and install windows to flash to the f10 bios version

that will be good you gone have a spare cpu in case and this way you will see if it is the cpu or motherboard .
