I have a 1 year old system

This just started to happen recently
whenever i hook up an hdmi to my 40 inch sony led tv and watch atleast 2 videos using mozilla firefox on the sony tv after about 5 minutes my computer crashes to the blue screen/ physical memory dump

atfirst i though it was becuase I recently started to OC my GPU so I tried to restore it to stock clocks but the same thing happens

Whats wierd is if i watch 1 video on full screen nothing happens tried this for atleast 2 hours

Specs:
i5 3470
sapphire HD 7750 slight OC to 850MHZ(clock) and 1150MHz (memory) and 20% power limit setting
8gb ripjaws (4x2)
asrock h77 Pro4/MVP
Seasonic (M12II) 520watts 80Plus Bronze

there was this 1 other time while my brother was using it that it also crashed (I toned down the OC on the gpu since then)

also this does not happen even i game on my computer all day
I even tried running 3 clients of tera online and nothing happens

So is anything at all OC'd now?

Download HWInfo and run Sensors. Post the results - usually 3 screenshots in TinyPic or similar. This'll show how your hardware is running.

Also, as usual with BSoDs, -

Do a Checkdisk on your drives. And a virus scan eg Avast and Malwarebytes.

Download and run Memtest86 on your ram

Go through Control Panel, Device Manager and make sure all devices are working properly and their drivers are up to date.

will do the mem test a bit later

Your CPU is getting too hot (54C) for idle temps. Your Vcore and cpu fan rpm are OK, so you need to fix your cooler - blow it out with compressed air.
It should idle at 35C and game at 50C.
If blowing it out doesn't work, then re-seat it (Google it).
If that doesn't work, get a beter cooler eg coolermaster hyper 212 evo.

Your power supply isn't working properly. The 12V reading is up to 12.3V. Check the 12v, 5v and 3.3v readings in bios/uefi. If still too high, replace your psu.

vcore: +0.976v
+12v: +12.302v
+5v: +5.064v
+3.3v: +3.296v

is it bad that it has 12.3v ? my psu is still under warranty what am i suppose to say to the people to where i bought it from?

just did a mem test and nothing was wrong
Device Manager is also clean

I have AVG and malwarebytes running side by side at all times
