I am willing to pay up to 2-3k for a powerful desktop replacement laptop with a high resolution screen (1440+).

The market has exploded into a thousand fragments and it's hard to find good comparisons. I would love advice and/or referrals to good "Best Laptop" reviews.

Must have:

    Windows 7 (I HATE 8.)
    RAM 16GB+
HD SSD (at least 256) and a 750GB or 1TB secondary drive.
    High resolution screen (1440+)
Strong processing and graphics (that can easily handle streaming at 1080p++)
    Bluetooth

I am strongly leaning towards a touch screen (yes Win7 supports touch pretty well)

I do a wide variety of things (and often have many things running at once):

Research - I often have like 30+ browser windows open along with Excel spreadsheets, OneNote, and Word documents.
Graphic Art - Amateur work in Photoshop or Illustrator with vector drawing or photo retouching.
Music is always on (and I also do recording and editing sometimes)
    Photography and videos
I do a bit of gaming (but not extremely speed-dependent FPS-types).

I will use it mostly at home with a dual monitor setup, but want it to be portable when I need it to be.

I'm currently looking at the Dell M3800 (or perhaps the M4800). I love the 3200x1800 resolution of the Dell M3800 and the touch screen.

Any suggestions?
