Best Closed Loop CPU Cooler?

I currently have a loud and annoying Cooler Master CPU air cooler. I want to replace it with a closed loop CPU Cooler. What are good coolers? I had my eye on the H100i.

If you have enough space for the h100i I would go for it. It is pretty popular and known to be good. It should surely be enough for you CPU. But when you want to have even more and have the space in your case (maybe for overclocking) you could use a 280mm system like the kraken x61 or the corsair h110 (or even a custom loop). You could even use one of these or other systems together with the kraken g10 which allows you to cool your Gpu with one of those closed loop systems. But besides those overclocking reasons your h100i should be more then good enough. You can already overclock with that. The h100i is a well known really good and reliable system for your use. I would go for it when you have the case space and money enough.
Otherwise...

if the case form factor is not an issue, then the Thermaltake Water 3.0 Ultimate is the best. 360mm, which means 3x 120mm fans, with a max rpm of 2000 on each fan, is the most powerful of all the closed loop coolers.

but at 140$

so it is up to you. keep in mind that water coolers are just as loud, if not louder, than an air cooler. they still use fans you know!

Otherwise you could consider a noctua nh-d14. It is a air cooler. But probably just as good as the h100i. Almost Everybody who once used it loves it. And it shouldn't be to loud either.
