Scythe Kaze Maru 2 good fans?

Solution
Ok, those Scythe fans are thirteen bucks each plus 9 bucks shipping each. That's 22 bucks each. The Noctuas are 18.99 plus free shipping over 35.00 (http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AED7XFI/?tag=pcpapi-20) which you would be if you ordered two of them. So you actually SAVE money (36 bucks for two fans) this way and get BETTER fans.

And I wouldn't EVER get Corsair fans if you are looking for quiet. Performance and max airflow, sure, quiet, no. Better off with a pair of Cougar fans or if you don't like the Noctuas, check out the Blacknoise Noiseblockers which are made by another German manufacturer just like Noctua. These are great fans and maybe a buck cheaper than the Noctuas...

OK I already understand that Corsair and Noctua are the way to go when considering buying case fans. Problem is I cannot afford premium grade fans. Where are all the good budget fans for people who can't afford fans that are nearly $20 a piece? I am not looking for the best fans. I am just looking for average fans at a lower price to fill in the empty fan slots in my build.
