Is it Time to Upgrade my GPU?

Guyz i hv Zotac GTX 770 Amp Edition and M frm India. I hv bought my gpu several months before worth Rs38000 and today the current price is Rs32000. I hv seen the new GTX 970 launched by Nvidia with directx 12 ready. I wnt to knw is it better to upgrade my gpu 770 to 970 or I just stick with my 770. coz i m confused will my gpu gets the new directx 12 next year or will support features like DSR, MSFAA etc like the new Maxwell GTX 970. So plzz tell me what to do!!!!

GTX 970 costs rs27000 Stock, Omega Edition Rs29000 and Amp Edition Rs31000.:??:

I definitely would not upgrade, it wont be worth the cost at all. We may see some of the new features being worked on by nvidia such as DSR and MSFAA become compatible with older cards like the 770 but they arent going to be ready for a while and will probably not be particularly useful uintil the next generation of cards come out.
