Yes it is. But, that GPU is only good for medium-high gaming, it'll struggle on ultra settings, what's your budget?

will the graphic card always show" graphic card has stopped and been recovered" when we use it for long hours?

If you have the required psu and card isn't faulty, it won't show anything like that. Unless it's old enough to heat up and throttle down.

my PSU is 500W. is it sufficient?

I'm not an IT expert.
can you elaborate more about "old enough to heat up and throttle down"?

The system with that card requires 28A on 12V line (combined if there are multiple 12V lines). You'd need to check if your PSU meets that criteria, what model is it?
Secondly, GPUs get old with time and the thermal paste on its PCB-heatsink link dry up, resulting in high temps. These high temps result in GPU underclocking itself (known as throttling) to keep temps down. How old is your card?

my PSU model is Cool master Extreme Power Plus 500W.
my card is new within half year.
but it keep show the error message "graphic card has stopped and been recovered".
is there anything worng?

There's a bit of calculations here:
Firstly the psu is indeed very poor quality.
It has 18A on both 12V lines meaning a total 36A output. The system requires 28A at the most.
But the catch here is, the psu is only 70% efficient meaning it can provide at most about 25A without overload.
Plus the bad quality of capacitors, I'm pretty sure psu is the reason for that. You need a new psu to take the load.

What you mean by " it has 18A on both 12V lines meaning a total 36A output. the system requires 28A at the most"?
how you get this info? can share your knowledge? :-)

About the PSU (Efficiency, Amperes, 12V lines):
http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/extreme/extreme...

About system load (recommended) with that card:
http://www.game-debate.com/hardware/?gid=483&graphics=G...

Some basic things about power:

Power (Wattage) = Voltage * Current (Amperes)

Efficiency (in fractions, like 70/100) to be multiplied with product of 12X(total Ampere=sum of all 12V lines).
