Both are excellent MoBos, and you can't go wrong with either. There's no such thing like 4690k 'pro' though.

Most of the gigabyte ones are great two. Just buy one of them they are both fine

What sort of features are you looking for? Is form factor important to you? I assume since you're going for the k-series you'll want a board with overclocking features?

You'll get the M.2 and all other features in both MoBos, 5 way optmization is for OCing, Digi phases is for OCing too, both have good enough phases for the CPU. Both MoBos pack a decently powerful sound card.

You'd need to loose out on m.2 slot.

The M.2 in Pro supports M.2 through SATA while its only through PCIe in A and EX4. Also, the MoBo Mike suggested has only 4 power phases, not good enough for an i5 IMO. Also, you'll loose out the potential to OC completely if ever you wanted to do it with H MoBos.
