LAN not working

I have a new computer and I had setup all the Ethernet and the LAN and so on, all was well and I had been able to access the Internet until now. It must be a problem with my LAN drivers as I am using the 'RealTek PCIe GBE Family Controller' one and I know that has been problematic before, I have unplugged and replugged the Ethernet cord, uninstalled and re-installed the LAN drivers and shutdown my computer, unplugged all the cables from it and pressed the power button (so that it would drain) but nothing seems to work. I'm really annoyed because I recently got my computer and I want to use it.

My specs are:
CPU: Intel 15-4690 3.5 GHZ 4CORES 6MB Cache LGA1150
MOBO: Gigabyte H81M-D2V
HDD: 2TB Seagate Barracuda
PSU: 700W Cooler Master G Series PSU 80+ Bronze
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance (2 X 4GB)
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X 3GB.

Thanks in advance, Callum

Did you get them from the gb site or the cd?

I got it from the CD, then tried it from the website, both still didn't work. Please note that the actual LAN works, it says there is a connection, however, it has that little yellow exclamation mark and says there is no internet connection.

Yeah, it says that the Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration, not sure why though, as it was working a couple of days ago just fine.

Have you tried a different network port on the switch/router?

have you tried a different network cable?

Ok I feel like a complete idiot for not trying this before. I turned the router on then off again, worked like a charm. (Of course it did).
Thanks everyone for the help, sorry for wasting your time,
