Motherboard: ASRock 970 PRO3 R2.0, Socket AM3+
Processor: Процесор AMD FX X6 6300, 3500MHz, 14MB, socket AM3+
Video Card: MSI NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 OC, 2048MB, GDDR5, 128bit
RAM: HyperX FURY Black 4GB, DDR3, 1600MHz, CL10, 1.5V
Power Supply: Super Flower Amazon SF-650P14HE, 650W, ATX 2.2, PFC Activ
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB, 7200, 64MB, SATA3

So my questions are is it good overall?And is everything compatible?

Yes everything is good, you can downgrade PSU to 550W and include 750 Ti, it'd be great build.

Unfortunately I can't fit 750 in my budget even if i downgrade the PSU because the 650 is on sale at the moment and its way cheaper than the 750
