Why can I not use all of my RAM?

My computer is not allowing me to use all of my ram, I have 4GB and apparantly I can't use all of it.
What am I supposed to do?

Because your system needs to reserve part of it for it's own purposes. This is normal. Don't worry about it.

You are running a 32bit OS which only sees 3gb

with windows that has 4g of ram installed the most that windows can use is 3.2g do to intell and amd mb. where your ram is sitting is due to you having onboard video is on and it using some of the system ram. go into the bios and turn off onboard video and or set it to low amount if you cant turn it off.

You are kinda right. In this case his onboard video is not in use at all. The extra ram space is being used by his GTX 750, not his onboard video. OP, if you need/want to use all of your ram you will need to install 64 bit Windows. 64 bit supports much more ram than the 4gb that the 32 bit version supports. ;)
