guys I am looking to buy a graphics under 85$ if needed can extent to 100$ that is the limited budget given by my dad, so understand it i am just going to be 18 this next 14th october so for playing some 18+ games.if need the budget can be 120$. The card should be available in India 682305 by at payment means
my specs are

Intel i3 530 2.9ghz
4gb ram(willing to upgrade it)
450 watts power supply unit
AMD 5450 2gb
1600X900 monitor LCD

I want to make it clear, i don't expect to play games at high definition quality but to play at medium-low quality at a 25 -30FPS. The games i prefer are =

Assassin creed Unity/ FIFA 15/ Far Cry4/ Sid Meier's Civilization: Beyond Earth/ Tom Clancy's The Division / The Crew/ Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare / Grand theft Auto V / watch dogs/ sniper elite 3/ battlefield 4/ witcher 3/ Titan Fall/

i want a card that meets its medium requirements of the games above and no additional power plugs and card should run at 450 watts or lower.

I think the "Sapphire Amd Radeon R7 240 1Gb Gddr5 Graphics Card With Boost" at

http://www.snapdeal.com/product/sapphire-amd-radeon-r7-240/999188368

If there is any more choices under 100$ better than this please......................................................... let me know

If you can get an R7 250 within your budget, get that one as the difference between a 250 and 240 is really big. If it's too expensive then yeah I guess a 240 can run most new games, but only on low settings.

So you mean under Rs.6000?
there is not much of a difference in performance between hd 5450 and r7 240 so its worthless to upgrade to a GPU which is same as your previous one so either go for r7 250 for a minimum upgrade or stick to what you have.

Who told you that r7 250 doesn't need any external power connectors it consumes max of 75 watt at load and can run on a good 350 watt PSU.
