So I get awfull FPS in about every game! I think my CPU and GPU are not performing at their fullest, when i'm playing games... For example, Metro Last Light, UNDER 30fps, but both my CPU and GPU usage where VERY low.... Can someone help me?? Am I doing something wrong?

Your performance should look something like this: http://www.hardocp.com/article/2014/06/09/msi_radeon_r9_280_gaming_oc_video_card_review/5

What resolution are you running, and are you running any programs in the background that could be taking away resources? Real time scanning on virus scanners can slow a computer. If enabled, turn it off while gaming. Running torrent programs in the...

What resolution are you running, and are you running any programs in the background that could be taking away resources? Real time scanning on virus scanners can slow a computer. If enabled, turn it off while gaming. Running torrent programs in the background will do the same thing. If you run any mining programs(bitcoin/litecoin), turn them off. Also if you are tring to record video it will reduce your performance. These are just a couple of things to check.

It could be your PSU, but I doubt it. Have you had any random restarts or BSOD?

Is it possible that you're locked to 30fps because of v-sync or just ingame settings that you chose?? What are you using for a monitor? HDTV, or an actual monitor?

I game on a 2560x1080 monitor, the AOC Q2963PM... But even when i game at 1920x1080, I still get low FPS... I have nothing running in the background, no virusscanners, not even Google Chrome... Only the Catalyst Control Center, but that's pretty obvious... I haven't had any random restarts... In some games I DO use Vsync, beacause I get screentearing otherwise, but in for example Titanfall, I use Vsync, and it's at 60FPS, but when there is alot going on, it drops......

I was thinking that I may want to do a Crossfire setup, but is this really normal such low performance?? I think I should at least be able to play Titanfall at full at a constant 60FPS...Right??

Is this normal?? Or am I doing something wrong??

Well according to the benchmarks I posted for you, your system is running the way it should. At 2560x1600 they say 30fps minimum frames per second. The only way to get that higher would be to overclock, or get a better GPU. The GTX 970 is looking really good for that resolution. ;)

But I'm gaming at 2560x1080, not 2560x1600..... And even if i game at 1920x1080, it's still low fps.... Do I really need a new GPU?

And what's better? GTX 780 OR GTX 970???

The GTX 970 is better, and cheaper. :)

OK thanks... Is there NO other way to get more FPS out of my current GPU?? I really don't want to spend alot of money right now...

You could try overclocking: http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/radeon-hd-7950-overclock-guide,1.html Look at how much the overclocked settings put the card above it's stock performance. :D
The 7950's are great overclockers, and with voltage tweaks you can pass a stock hd7970ghz(280x) and a GTX 770.

What would you recommend overclocking??? I really don't want to FU up my graphics card lol..... I want to stay with catalyst control center.... What is a stable core and memory count you think?? And should I bump up the power as well??? I'm very new to overclocking so every help in the world is appreciated!!!

In my last post I provided a guide for overclocking the HD7950. They did stock overclocking through the CCC, and they tested higher clocks by changing voltages. I would stick to the overclocking through the CCC though since your power supply may not handle the extra power the volt mods would bring very well. In the CCC you should be able to set 1000mhz/1350mhz and walk away honestly. Most 7950's could hit as high as 1050/1500 through the CCC. If your lucky you may be able to push to those clocks.

WHAT about a dual sapphire Radeon HD 7950 crossfire setup?? Is that better than a single gtx 970 or 780??

All the questions you are asking are covered in the guide I posted. You would get artifacts, or your system may restart. If either of this happens, just return your graphics card to stock or lower the clocks a bit. 1000/1350 should be easy. ;)
