hey guys well I was wondering.
I have my i5-3570k overclocked at 4.4GHz @ 1.23v.
the reason I'm on here to ask the experts today is b/c .

I was wondering if it would hurt or shorten the life span of my cpu b/c I'm at 100% CPU usage for a long time maybe 8+ hours aday at 100% and the reason the usage is so high its b/c im streaming as im playing.

but my temps are 59c 57c 59c 57c unless I'm running intelburn or prime it never goes above 60c.

thanks in advance

What cooler are you using?
For that matter what are ALL your specs?

What method of overclocking did you use?
Is that your peak voltage during prime? Or is it your set voltage ?

Your voltage seems a bit high.

im using a custom watercooling kit with a 360 and a 240 rad one for the video card and one for the cpu

i did a manual overclock and manual votage set

What LLC have you set?
Did you disable Turbo boost and speedstep?

When you run prime for 10 mins or so, what is the peak voltage reached according to CPUz?

Did you disable Turbo boost and speedstep?
LLC settings?

The BIOS has a lot of tiny options that you need to keep under control for a stable MANUAL Voltage overclock.

ok i jus went it to bios changed the voltage to 1.2 and i blue screened and i got

UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

at 1.23v im stable and the reason i set it there is b/c if i leave it on auto it just to 1.4v+ but u never answered my ? i dont mean to b rude i appreciate your help but is it ok to run the cpu 100% for long periods of time as long as im not running it hot

Yeah its fine. As long as temps are ok and voltage stays under 1.3v, you will not lose significant lifetime on the CPU.
