Mouse/keyboard lag problem

So, i have an issue with my PC, that sometimes, my mouse and keyboard get stuck, and have an ladg delay, if i click a lot, it does an "beeping" sound.
i have windows 8.0 PRO
Inter(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
8GB RAM
ASUS GTX760 OC 4G

That could be a lot of things. I'd start with making sure I have the most recent BIOS version. Then do full virus and malware scans using separate appropriate scanners as outlined here:

Run an SFC/Scannow:

Check device manager to make sure their is no problem hardware and that all drivers are up to date as well.

Did this problem begin after a windows update?

I did an virus scan, didnt find anything, i will try the scannow soon. I had it since i bought the pc i think

Did you also scan for malware? Virus scanners don't scan for malware and malware scanners don't scan for viruses. You need both. That's why I recommend a good BASIC virus scanner, not an entire suite of applications like McCrappy or some of the others. Windows defender or Avira antivirus are fine for this so long as you keep the definitions updated every few days. For Malware I don't ever recommend anything other than Malwarebytes. It's well worth the cost. They have a free version but it's more than worth it to use the paid version. Most infections these days are malware of some form. Actual viruses are much less common than they used to be in the old days.
