hi guys
I have a graphic card (Nvidia GeForce GTX550 Ti) ,& i found in that the card required a minimum 400watt power supply and 12v 24amp, and mine is 500watt with graphic card supply terminal 12v 18amp.Also i have an extra 400w PSU not for this graphic card. it has no power supply terminal for GTX550 Ti. So, Can i buy a new SMPS only for this Graphic card. Not for whole system..
Bcz when i start game suddenly spark in SMPS.. so finally i found that graphic card working ok..i think the graphic card is used more amp..My graphic card is running more than 12th month also with this 500watt SMPS...
need help....Can I Used Only for this graphic card??? give me this SMPS requirement
thanx... :-) :-)

Just replace the whole PSU. You can build a dual PSU system but I see no logical reason to do it in your case.

Just gave you one. Get a new PSU. Or you can find a way to install two PSU in your case and find a way to start both at the same time which needs an adapter or wiring to be done on the 24pin atx connector think its pin 19 or something to ground to start a PSU but its a bad idea
