So can someone tell me if there is something wrong with this build? any suggestions ?

You have a locked CPU on an overclocking motherboard.

For gaming I would get an i5, not an i7.

What PSU do you have?

Well, the PSU is missing, and an optical drive if you want one. The OS also is missing.

Good build, you can put down on CPU and MoBo a bit to get i5 and H MoBo, won't make any considerable difference in gaming. Great choice on GPU!
PS: Consider getting a SSD for faster boots and loading times from the bucks saved.

That's a K CPU meaning you can OC on it, I'd Z97 EXTREME3 if I've to consider budget, or Z97 A if I can expand the budget a bit. You'd need an af cooler while OCing the CPU though.

No, do not get a cx600. it is a low quality PSU.

Get an XFX 550 instead, MUCH MUCH better unit.

That's not a good PSU, but should be able to handle the build, I'd advice upgrade here as well, not wattage wise, but rather quality wise.
