So can someone tell me if there is something wrong with this build? any suggestions ?

Solution
Good build, you can put down on CPU and MoBo a bit to get i5 and H MoBo, won't make any considerable difference in gaming. Great choice on GPU!
PS: Consider getting a SSD for faster boots and loading times from the bucks saved.

Okay so I'm thinking of buying this i5 4690K Devil's Canyon, is this ok? and what motherboard do u suggest, that goes well with i5 4690k ?
TY everyone.

That's a K CPU meaning you can OC on it, I'd Z97 EXTREME3 if I've to consider budget, or Z97 A if I can expand the budget a bit. You'd need an af cooler while OCing the CPU though.
