Hello people.........can u suggest me????

My Monitor is AOC e2043 VGA1600x900
XFX radeon R9 270x ( needs 2 pcie 6 pin)
also I am buying a new PSU Corshair VS 650.

I have some questions to you.
i) Will the PSU provide me 2 pcie connectors??

ii)As I have a GIGABYTE H61M-S2P motherboard, it's graphics slot is pci express 2.0 whereas the card is 3.0. Also as having a VGA monitor, I have to use a DVI to VGA converter........will it serve me right or will lower the fps?????????

pls help me.......thanks :)

The card is backwards compatible so yes it will work. No the cable does not hinder performance you will be fine. That PSU comes with 2 6+2 pcie connectors so you are fine :)
