Hi guys!! I'am new to Tom's hardware !!
I'am planning to buy a SAPPHIRE HD 7750 1GB GDDR5. But my PSU( Brand - Qori, Model - 300pa ) has only '1' +12V rail with just 10A. And also it doesn't have any 6 pin power plugs. So my question is that can the SAPPHIRE HD 7750 1GB GDDR5 run well on my PSU without any problem or without any change in performance ???

Here's the label of my PSU:

I recommend picking up a new PSU from Seasonic. You don't need much wattage, 300w would be sufficient. They do make the best psus on the market. Here is a link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007657%2050001697&IsNodeId=1&bop=And&Order=PRICE&PageSize=100. Your PSU may work fine, but I don't recommend low end PSUs, ever. Ive seen them kill some good parts in my day. Don't skimp.
