intel Core i5 4th generation 4200U. good?

No, probably not. The i5-4200U is a low power, low frequency, dual core CPU. "U" Series chips aren't suited for gaming at all. You'll get maybe 30-45 FPS at best on League of Legends, and it only gets worse given that League is fairly easy to play.

Here is someone running LOL on an HD4400, same as the i5-4200U not sure about 60FPS, but that looks playable to me.
