ACX 2.0 or Windforce (Vroom!). Windforce SOC G1 is amazing, ACX 2.0 is bound to be awesome, it'll come down to the GPU length.

On a GTX 970, the Windforce has the triple-fan design for higher maximum cooling. That also allows it to cool more efficiently with less noise, just make sure you have the room in your case.
