Previous Versions Issue Restoring PST

I have a friend who really screwed up Outlook (2010). She permanently deleted/lost all of her folders, except the Inbox and Deleted. Some contacts are missing, too.

I'm trying to restore the PST using Previous Versions. An older version before the problem is in the list, but I can't restore it.

The Directory (AppData/Local/Microsoft/Outlook) is read-only. How do I restore the old copy of her PST?

did you try to reinstall or repair the outlook 2010 first .

Tried that, and it didn't do the trick. I need to get the Read Only Attribute off of the AppData folder, but cannot seem to get the Attrib command to do the trick.

Please help!

did she still have her e-mail account valid in the computer you may have to redo it .

She still gets new E-Mails. She's the bookkeeper for the town, though, so I REALLY don't want to lose her stuff if there is anyway around it.

look at the property of the back up files if you could see them also check security settings and do this as admin of the system that could work if files are not erase .

I can only see the files through the Previous Versions window. I don't know where they are actually stored.

Now, I got a text message from the lady, saying that she can't receive E-Mails anymore???

Any ideas?

see this where the files are on is computer https://www.google.ca/?gws_rd=ssl#q=outlook+2010+cached+email+addresses+location and you will have to be with her to try log in the mail to see what answer she receive from microsoft report the answer back .
