You have a mismatch of sockets, that mobo doesn't support that CPU

I wouldn't spend too much on a motherboard for this setup, you don't need it.

Instead of 770 get 970

You only need 550w PSU tops

Probably better getting an i5 and z or h 87 or 97 serupt

You sould get 2x4gb ram sticks over 1x8gb stick. Dual-Channel ram is ment to work in pairs, you will see 10-15% performance increase out of using 2 sticks.

Asus M5A97 is a pretty good 970 chipset board.

Get the Asus M5A99FX motherboard and the GTX770 4GB card. You can get a 770 for about 250 now and it will max out 90% of games. 100% of them if turn down the AA a little. Later if you want you can get second 770 4GB card and compete with a single 980. But get a 800W PSU to leave room for future upgrades. I single 970 would probably be the better option as it consumes less power and has more than enough muscle to max current games.
