Hello... a Simple Test would be to take a cover off your Case and see if your temperature drops, you might need an extra case fan.

No there's no workable PS3/360 emulator, not even a properly working PS2 emulator. Besides, in order to make it work you'd need a PC 20x faster than the actual system you're attempting to emulate.
