Also can you suggest a good cheap CPU cooler that will fit in the SPEC case, as the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo won't fit.

Change the PSU as it is low quality. Get an XFX550. Same price, better unit.

I would change the case to a Corsair 200r. better case in every way and will fit a 212 evo, which I also recommend.

Any other PSU's that you would recommend? Something that is semi or fully modular at around £60-70

An XFX 550 as I specified. There are modular versions.

The Antec HCG620 is another good option.

Windows 8.1 is a better option and OneDrive storage for your documents, pictures, internet favorites, and settings is one of the reasons why. Having free games as Windows store apps is another nice perk with Windows 8.1. I agree with the PSU. Get at least an XFX TS 550w. SeaSonic and Corsair AX are also nice options.
