Is my RAM slow?

Hey! I am sitting with 8GB of G.skill ares 1866 modules. I wasn't picky when I first purchased them, and according to Newegg and the site I bought them from it is 9-10-9-28 Cas latency. Is this considered slow? I want to upgrade to 16gigs, but wondering if I should get a new set of corsair vengeance or something and sell these off. I overclocked them a little bit and ran some benchmarks and got 16000 MB/s.

They are fast. Even if you got 2400 ram you wouldn't notice. I saw some benchmarks in after effects which eats ram and going from 1333 to 2400 knocked about 5 seconds of a minutes benchmark but did nothing for games or Photoshop. 16gb ram seems to be the sweetspot for most things

I have an i5 4690k 4.5 GHz, occasionally I do rendering, but not alot. I bothers me they are blue and my mobo is red/black... I wanted some type of theme in there, but oh well. Guess another pair of these will do the trick?

You don't need more memory right now. Neither for gaming nor for rendering (unless you do it like for Youtubes, lengthy FHDs you know). If you must get matching color memory, consider 2X8GB instead of 4X4GB. As I guess blue and red/black would look odd tbh. RipjawsX/Trident X if you're getting new 'color' memory, another identical Ares if you want to upgrade memory.
