Drop the cooler. It is no better than the stock one.
Get windows 64 bit only. should be cheaper.
You can get a 1tb HDD for less than half the price of that one.

I would get an XFX650 PSU instead and a Corsair 200r is a much better case, but otherwise it looks good.
