Hi, i've decided on all the components of my pc however am now not sure what monitor i should get
My budget is upto $260. obviously i would like a low response time and the monitor needs to be 26 inches or 28. Any advice?

I also change the mobo,MSI isn't a good board manufacturer, but their cards are great. :)

Indeed, two completely different monitors from two different manufacturers are very similar: so much so that the one that is the lower priced unit is going to offer the same quality as a more expensive monitor with more coverage and still be $60 below the other.

And MSI's motherboards are fine. The only time I can think of when they were lackluster was when they made all those cheap low end ATX boards and didn't even use heatsinks for the VRMs and power phases.

What you're getting is a 1ms version of my monitor for extra $100. ;)

So a Gigabyte board with only 4 power phases and a Z97 chipset heatsink that is just as small is going to fare any better?

*sighs* It's alright you didn't make a mistake. I guess I'm just a little grumpy today. Should probably take a break and stuff.
