As the title says my computer is now comencing the boot process (the one that starts with the screen that displays all the hardware and you can enter bios) after around 10 seconds since the restart/turn on process completed.

I would like to say that I used some optimization/cleaning/utilities software when this all started. Software like ccleaner and other freeware.

It's most likely linked to it altough I don't remember exactly optimizing anything (just cleaning registry, and stuff like that).

Is there some file/folder/settings i can alter and revert back to default timing ?

This is a problem with the way your bios is setup. I can't remember what parameter need to be changed. Open the bios and read some of the info that is written on each command one of then might tell how to stop your bios from cycling. If you make changes in bios make sure to write down what is was set at and what you changed so you can put it back in case you make a mistake. Don't forget you have to save the changes before you close bios. Post your Motherboard numbers and maybe someone on this site can give you the parameter that need to be changed.
