windows unexpected shutdown

i was playing a game and left it on pause cause had to do some stuff.when i got back from what i was doing windows said recovered from a unexpected shutdown.i overclocked my cpu to 4.3ghz does it mean cpu overclock not stable?what should i do?I have a seasonic 520w psu,Sapphire R7265 gpu ,4gig ram and two harddrives and dvd drive and two case fans,Both fans are on exhaust think it not getting enough air in?

which cpu cooler you have?maybe your cpu or board temp is too high.

Probably because you OC. It maybe too high. Put it back to stock

Have you ever test your cpu on 100% loading?

did stress testing full load and max temp was only around 70celcius.I have a coolermaster gammax 200 cpu cooler so not stock
