Let me introduce myself first i am Eric and i have joined toms hardware few months ago when i started building my PC , thank you to all those who did help me get the parts even tho i live on the other side of planet . Pakistan yep you heard it right. Anyways here is my current PC setup.
Ram | 4 GB |
CPU | E8400 3.0 Ghz Stock |
Drives | 1 SSD intel 80 GB and 1 500GB Cavier Green HDD |
GPU | GTX 550ti 1GB 192 bit |
none of my stuff is overclocked just thought i should mention.
Well first what i want and what i am confused with.
I have played almost all AAA titles fine on med to high and my default res which is 1440x900
but the new ones such as watchdogs did run like poop so did Gta IV . Since Gta V is coming to pc and FIFA 15 is going to be next gen version i need a CPU upgrade.
i have 2 choices i3 3220 and Q9650 both used with additional 4 gb ram. The shopkeeper is asking 100$ for Quad and 120 $ for the i3 with board. I want to play stuff so thats going to be a major change i guess. Please help me out a bit here.
