Is the Neutron Gaming Pc a Good Build?

Ive been looking at the neutron gaming pc by austinnotduncan and i was wondering if this was a good build or if it could have some improvements for around the same price. My budget is around $800 so if their is any builds that will be better for gaming then this for around $800 let me know! I also plan on recording for youtube and live streaming on twitch. The games i plan on playing are Minecraft, League of Legends and many other steam games!
