They are all excellent monitors and will serve you well, the other thing is that it is 4k so it will make all the content that you play look much better even if it is just a 1080p movie which is being upscaled to the higher resolution. As for which of the Asus ones is better depends on what you really want out of a monitor, if you want a high refresh rate, then the 1080p one is better, if you want a higher screen resolution whilst still being able to get reasonable frame rates then the 1440p is a good choice. There are always more options and I can find some for you if you want them.

I would still go with the 4k monitor, as there is a small amount of 4k content available on netflix and a few other streaming services and that amount is only going to grow as well. It is also going to be more useful if you do anything productive as you have 4x the screen real estate of a 1080p monitor and the other thing is even if you don't have a gaming machine which is suited for 4k (it just isn't powerful enough) then you can set it to 1080p and it will upscale perfectly and will look better than it does normally at 1080p or whatever resolution it can manage. The same applies for movies as well.

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
Video Card 1 AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series
Video Card 2 Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
Memory 16 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 8 Professional Edition (build 9200), 64-bit

CAN I RUN 4K ON IT?

With that GPU you will probably be able to manage to play at low settings at 4k depending on which graphics card exactly you have, but if you run the games at 1080p and let it be upscaled, you will still get a better result than a 1080p monitor, especially for a movie.

i'm thinking to wait for the 4k cuz after a while the price will get down and for now i buy a 1080 or 1440 so what you thinking ?

If you watch lots of movies and tv shows, then 1080p will be the better choice as there shouldn't be any upscaling, but if you game a lot then the 1440p will give you better value as you have more screen real estate to play on.
